Attention Seguin CrossFitters! Oleg has invited us to compete in a up coming Olympic Lifting Competition in Austin. It will be held at a CrossFit affiliate gym in Austin. The Lifts are: Olympic Clean and Split Jerk and The Olympic Snatch. Anyone interested let us know so we can put a team together.

Update

The TKC will soon be a CrossFit affiliate gym. We are in the final process right now. The TKC gym is equipped with Kettlebells, Barbells, Bumper Plates, Olympic Rings, Battling Ropes, climbing ropes, and more. We train indoor and outdoor. We flip tires, throw kettlebells, sprint, slam medicine balls, and more.
The TKC has 2 Certified CrossFit trainers, 4 Kettlebell Instructors, and 1 Warrior Diet Trainer.
