Attention Seguin CrossFitters! Oleg has invited us to compete in a up coming Olympic Lifting Competition in Austin. It will be held at a CrossFit affiliate gym in Austin. The Lifts are: Olympic Clean and Split Jerk and The Olympic Snatch. Anyone interested let us know so we can put a team together.
Oleg will be at CrossFit Seguin on Saturday. If you have more questions ask him after the workshop.
