Double Under-50

Rest 4min Then;

Every 2min for 10min:

Power Clean-6 (185#-115#-M/125#-105#-W)
Target Burpee-12

Rest 2min Then;

Front Squat-Max Reps*-2min (Same weight as above)
*10 Hand Release Push Ups after every drop.
