Front Squats-5 @75%-80%-Even Minute*
Rest-Odd Minute**

Class Squats together as a unit on the coaches command. Bar can NOT be Racked until the minute is up(Hold in the front rack position). If the Bar is Racked or Dropped before the minute is up, **10 Burpee penalty for the entire class during the Rest minute.
